We open your mail and transfer its contents to you with explanations and actions to undertake.

Complete handling of your mail :

Once a week 100 € excl VAT p/m

Twice a week 150 € excl VAT p/m

Daily 200 € excl VAT p/m

These tariffs include :

• Receiving, scanning and electronic conservation
• Registration of the post in a sheet
• Forwarding of these mails and the sheet by email or to an address of your choosing
  (only postal costs will be billed extra)
• Transmission of the bookkeeping elements to the Accountant
• Explanation of actions to undertake following the received post
